Two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment at 523 Cherokee St in Bethlehem, in a three-unit building. The unit was fully renovated in March 2025: refinished kitchen with stainless refrigerator and gas range, updated bathroom with a tiled tub surround and new vanity, and built-in storage in the entry hall. Gas heat with an independent boiler serving this apartment only, so heating is metered to the unit rather than shared with the building. Close to St. Luke's University Hospital - Bethlehem on Ostrum Street. Bethlehem Area School District. Parking is on the street; the building has no private lot. There is no laundry in the unit and no separate storage. Rent is $1,545 per month. The tenant pays all utilities: water, sewer, trash and stormwater are billed to the building on one meter and billed back monthly, about $40 a month for this unit; gas and electric go into the tenant's name directly with the utility. Security deposit is one month's rent for a qualified applicant. Minimum lease term is 18 months. Pets are welcome at $350 non-refundable per pet plus $50 per pet per month. Housing Choice Vouchers welcome. Available November 1. Showings are by appointment from November 1, with a team member joining live by video.
