The building is a classic Victorian from the 1920’s that has been divided into 4 separate apartments. The available apartment is on the top floor. Across the street from Hub Coffee and just a few walking blocks along the Truckee River to downtown Reno. The River Walk is just outside the front door so it is extremely convenient for you to run, bike, exercise or fish. Nicest Location in Reno. Utilities included in rent are electricity, gas, sewer, water and trash. Rent = $1620/month (12 month lease required) Deposit = $3000 Application Process: 1. Phone conversation with owner- 2. Submit an application (no cost) 3. Arrange a time to view- 4. Request a lease. The first qualified candidate to submit a signed lease with deposit will be the next renter.
