The bathroom has been remodeled, flooring updated, and new paint. The master bedroom is large and the second bedroom is of moderate size. Garden doors in the dining room lead out onto a large two tiered deck. Some storage is available in the basement. Basic utilities are included in the price of the rent. The basement tenant shares the deck, yard, and laundry facilities with main-floor tenants, as well as has one space for parking in the garage; this leaves one parking spot in the garage for the main floor as well as available street parking. This home is not too good to be true; we simply value people who look after our home and reward it with a great deal on rent and a beautiful place to call home!
