The monthly rent of $1,500 includes water, sewer, trash removal, lawn care, and snow removal. Tenant covers electricity, heat, and cable / internet. There is on-street parking available. There is a coin operated laundromat just around the corner. Well behaved pets are allowed with additional rent ($50 per pet, pet month). Screening Criteria: 1) Monthly net income equal to or greater than 3X the rent ($4,500+). 2) Credit score of 600 or better.
