Amenities included: deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, utility room and bathrooms. There are washer dryer hookups and a fenced backyard. Attic fan draws cool air from outside at night to effictively cool house in summer and a free standing gas heat stove heats entire house in winter (bill is $80-120 in coldest months). There are back up wall/cadet heaters if needed. Garage is oversized (24' deep) for extra storage space. Date Available: Jul 20th 2026. $2,650/month rent. $2,700 security deposit required. There are real, newly finished, 3/4" hardwood floors throughout the home, with the exception of tile in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. There is no carpet anywhere in the house. This home sits in a quiet NE neighborhood with well established residents. Great care has gone into making this home attractive and nicely apppointed. The whole house has been painted inside and out recently and a new roof was placed just one month ago. There is construction of an apartment complex adjacent to the house but the area closest to the house is essentilly complete on the outside. Downtown Bend and the Mill District is a short car or bike ride away through quiet neighborhood streets. The house faces a private drive that serves a small number of homes in this quiet neighborhood. The landlord owns and resides in a home in this neighborhood a number of months out of the year. Tenancy will begin with a month to month lease until solid relationship is established. Credit and background check are required as well as solid employment and past rental references. Pets are negotiable but there will be limits to size and number of dogs (2) and cats permitted. Dogs that bark excessively are not welcome. Tenants are responsible for all utilites and lawn care (water and sewer are paid as fixed monthly fee to landlord in addition to rent: $100).
