This three bedroom, two bath home has newer paint, and low maintenance front and back yard. Large primary bedroom with large closet and private bathroom with beautiful shower stall. Garage not for vehicle parking, has been converted to laundry / storage room. Landscaper provided every three months, residents responsible for watering and weed control in between visits. Restrictions: No fountains and no holes on stucco walls. Also, sweep front tile if not it can get slippery over time . Tenant paid utilities: gas, electricity, water, and garbage Owner paid utilities: sewer, landscaper every 3 months Directions: Lighthouse Ave., turn onto Prescott Ave. then left on Alice St.
