Nestled one street behind the York Harbor Inn, the home is also within walking distance of local favorite restaurants like the Ship’s Cellar Pub and Shearwater at Stage Neck Inn. The first floor features a bright, open-concept kitchen and living area. You’ll also find a formal dining room, a half bath with washer and dryer, and a cozy library on the first floor. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite is complete with a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom (with a stand-up shower and separate tub), and access to a private balcony. Two additional bedrooms and a shared ¾ bathroom complete the second floor. The finished basement provides even more living space, including a fourth bed, a ¾ bathroom, plenty of seating, and a small home gym area with a Peloton bike. All TVs in the home are smart TVs, allowing you to easily stream your favorite shows and movies. The living room has a propane fireplace for cozy evenings, while the additional fireplaces in the library and dining room are decorative only. Tenant is responsible for electric, propane, and shoveling pathways & porches. The owner pays for water, sewer, and plowing. One pet is welcomed with a pet fee. The home is fully furnished and includes all linens. Select furnishings will be updated prior to move-in. A credit/background check, security deposit, first month's rent, and renter's insurance are required for all applicants. Rent is $3250/month plus utilities.
