1 bedroom w/ parking stall available in a 5 bedroom house near Downtown Honolulu. Quite location and current housemates are all young professionals from mid 20's to 30's. All easygoing and chill. 2 males and 2 females currently. Room has it's own wall A/C and private lanai! 3 Bathroom in total. Each bathroom is shared with only 1 other house mate. Utilities is included in rental. Ideal tenant would be someone who's clean, quiet, and respectful of others. Single occupancy only, we also have a strict no overnight guest house-rule.
