The entry hallway is tiled all the way to the kitchen with plenty of storage, a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The living room and dining room have wood floors. Also on the first floor is a family room with access to a covered deck. The second-floor bedrooms are carpeted. The hallway has wood flooring, and the bathroom is tiled with a tub-shower. The laundry with a washer and dryer is in the basement. There is a large utility room and an additional room that can be used as a bedroom with access to the fenced in backyard that has a gate to the common drive. A Pet is allowed on a case-by-case basis with a monthly pet rent and a non-refundable pet deposit. No Smoking. Minimum (1) one year lease. The rent is as advertised. All Applicants 18 years and older must fill out their portion of one application and pass the credit check with good credit, a minimum of 600 as well as pass a criminal background check, no bankruptcy, no evictions.
