Claridge House Apartment Homes offers a great location directly across from The University of Southern Mississippi. This community is perfect for students who wish to live off campus, but still be close enough to walk to class. Our community is comprised of 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment homes with four different floor plans to choose from that range from 929 – 1068 sq. ft. Claridge House provides one story apartments located on the ground level and two story apartments on the second level. Each apartment home includes large walk-in closets, ceiling fans, beautiful white cabinetry, built-in microwave, icemaker, and washer/dryer. This community was built in 2000; and therefore is one of few newer apartment communities around USM’s campus. Although Claridge House is positioned on the edge of Southern Miss’s campus its features attract more than students; our residents also consists of families, military, business professionals, and even USM personnel. Convenient parking is available to residents and guest near the entrances to every apartment. Claridge House Apartment Homes is apart of the Midtown community; which makes up Hattiesburg’s best shopping, dining, entertainment, fitness centers, and schools. When our residents are looking for a night of good food and entertainment they head over to Patio 44 for a creole inspired meal on the patio and follow up with movie at The Grand Movie Theater. Another perk of living at Claridge House is the various fitness possibilities. The Long Leaf Trace runs behind the property with easy access, and right down the road is Fourth Street Crossfit; which is a new addition to Hattiesburg. Claridge House is located in the Hattiesburg Public School District; which includes Thames Elementary, N.R. Burger Middle School, and Hattiesburg High School.
