This home features a large yard and patio perfect for enjoying relaxing downtown evenings. The home comes equipped with a washer and dryer, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. More pictures to come! Pets are allowed with owner approval only. If approved, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities, landscaping, pest control, and renters insurance. Application Requirements- credit check (600 or better for each adult), background check, pay stubs (3 times the rent), rental history check and photo identification required. Each adult over the age of 18, must complete an application and pay a $40 processing fee. Utilities and pest control are the tenant's responsibility.
