The kitchen is small but well-appointed with new appliances (refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave). There is also a combination washer/ dryer and a new electric water heater. On the left side of the living room is a steep staircase from the living room to the second floor (2 rooms + bathroom). The 2nd floor has new carpeting throughout. There is a single renovated bathroom on the 2nd floor with a shower. Heat is electric baseboard heating and cooling is with new window units for A/C. The living room has a massive decorative (non-working) fireplace. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and off a long driveway. A dedicated parking area on brick pavers is provided. Guest parking is available on the street. Owner lives in adjacent house with 1-2 family dogs. Water, sewer, electicity, reasonable snow removal and trash/recycling included. Renter responsible for internet- no internet or cable provided. Lawn moving included. Renter responsible for clearing snow/ice in dedicated parking area and walkway to rental house.
