Lease is 12 months. First and last month's rent due at signing. Tenant is responsible for electric, which covers both power and heat. Water, sewer, trash, landscaping, and all condo association fees are included in rent. Tenants arrange their own internet and cable service. Small pets considered with prior written approval from landlord and condo association. Pet rent is $50 per month. Certain dog breeds are restricted by the association. Dogs must be leashed at all times on property. Two assigned parking spots included. Vehicles must be moved during snow plowing or may be towed at owner's expense without prior warning. No smoking anywhere on the property. Lower level bonus room may not be used as a bedroom per City of Keene ordinance. All applicants subject to credit check, background check, income verification, and reference check. Income requirement is typically three times the monthly rent. Tenant is responsible for maintaining unit cleanliness and handling minor repairs. Landlord handles all major repairs. Tenant will receive and must sign a copy of the condo association rules and regulations prior to move-in.
