There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and one bedroom and one bathroom down stairs. The basement also has storage space and a family room. The main floor has a living room, formal dining room, kitchen dining room, half bathroom, and kitchen. There is a laundry room with a closet and W/D hookups on the main floor. The garage is a two car garage. There is a covered back porch. The neighbors are great. We've lived there 20 years and live in the house next door. It's a wonderful family-friendly neighborhood. The house has solar panels so the electric bill is low. The interior of the house has all new carpet, new counter tops, new lighting, new faucets in bathrooms, newly refinished cabinets, and new paint upstairs. The back yard has a swing set and yard for kids. There are trees to provide shade for the house and yard. This property requires weekly mowing of the lawn in season, daily snow removal in season, and weekly raking of the leaves in season by the renter. The owner will fertilize the lawn and trim tree branches, and bushes as needed. If you would be interested in a tour, please call Annamarie at 801-433-8617.
