This is 2 bedroom / 1 bath end unit apartment in Cheshire in a single floor building that has 8 total apartments. A common area coin-operated laundry with a storage closet is also provided. Kitchen has natural finished knotty pine cabinets, newer countertop & white tile backsplash, electric glass top range, refrigerator, linoleum tile flooring, and lots of storage. Bathroom has white subway tile, vanity, and grey plank flooring. Living Room and 2 bedrooms have refinished oak floors. Efficient low-e double pane windows with full screens have been installed recently. Unit has its own high-efficiency on demand natural gas heat and hot water system. Water is included, all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. There is a private outside yard area with a concrete patio and plenty of room for a garden. 1st month rent $1325 and $1325 deposit for 12 month lease agreement. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. If you have a dog, we will only consider small breeds less than 20 lbs that are kennel trained. The non-refundable pet fee is $200.
