This is upper level unit and the space has Hardwood floors, Dishwasher, fresh and clean, Great closet space, Nice bathroom and common space. No pets and no smoking. Good credit and good income needed-- Clean, easy access, 1 bath, ample parking-- Close to Highland Elementary!! No pets and No smoking allowed please. Unit has great outdoor space and we will have another 2 bedroom coming up as well. Cheshire CT is a great setting for the spectacular Pond View apartments. Right on Route 10 and close to I-691, Cheshire is a great centralized town in Connecticut. Cheshire joins the rest of the Lower Naugatuck Valley in sharing the great honor of an “All-America City” title. This fantastic award came in 2000 after tireless efforts from a massive number of community-oriented individuals. Proudly, we refer to our geographical area and its residents as the “All American Valley.” An easy commute to Waterbury, Hartford and New Haven, you can’t get a better spot to settle down in Connecticut.
