There are two off-street parking spots. Well behaved cats are allowed for $50 per month. Dogs are not encouraged. There are washer / dryer hook ups on site. ( ONLY 3% of Springfield landlords offer this kind of connivence. The unit is not currently approved for section 8. Screening Criteria: 1) Monthly net income of 3X the rent ($5,500+). 2) Credit score of 600 or better. Scores between 550 and 600 require a co-signer. 3) No bankruptcies, evictions, or judgments. 4) Criminal background check will be performed and offenses will be reviewed. 5) First, last, and security due prior to move in.
