The property is served by a private well and septic system, typical for the area. Utilities, internet, & monthly pest control are included with rent, subject to a monthly electric usage cap of $200. Any electric usage above this amount will be billed separately. Propane is billed separately. The propane system is automatically refilled and remotely monitored to ensure uninterrupted service. Tenant is responsible for propane usage costs. For property security, exterior Ring cameras are present at entry points only; there are no interior cameras.
