Working in the service industry. ************************************* Room#B: (AVAILABLE) (11x12ft) -Attached bathroom with a double sink vanity. -upstairs -Lock for privacy -Mountains view -$800/month Available immediately ************************************* Room#C: (AVAILABLE) (12x13ft) -Share bathroom with room#D -Upstairs -Lock for privacy -750/month Available immediately ************************************* Room#D: (TAKEN) -By a male in his early 20s. Working in the service industry. ************************************* Room#E: (AVAILABLE) (17X32ft) -Huge master bedroom -Has its own 5 piece bathroom attached -Huge walk-in closet -Upstairs -Lock for privacy -Mountains view -1050/month Available February 23rd ************************************* A fully refundable one-month deposit and credit/background checks are required. Garage space is available for an additional fee. Preferred no pets - but might accept a dog on a case-by-case basis with a 300 pet deposit and pet rent of 35/month. NO CATS as one of the roommates is allergic.
