This home is available for in person tours. It is ready for move in anytime on or before March 15th. We are looking for a 16-18 month lease. Walking into the home you will be in the living room with hardwood floors and large bay window, right away you can tell/feel the home is clean and well cared for. Off the living room is a bonus office/bedroom. The kitchen has dishwasher and exit to the back yard, which has a new patio. Through the kitchen you will find entry to the basement and entry to another bonus room. This room has a sliding door to the back yard so it would be used as an office/bedroom or dining area. The back end of the main floor has a full bath, and both bedrooms. Downstairs you will find a large family room, utility/shop room, laundry room and half bath. The half bath you do need to go through the unfinished laundry area to reach. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities as well as lawn and snow care. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
