The home has all living spaces on the main floor, a large yard, 1 car garage and vinyl tiled basement with extra storage shelving. Off the main living room is the hallway to the 2 bedrooms, the office/flex room, and full updated bathroom. The kitchen is accessed from the living room as well as a pass-through door from the office/flex room. From the kitchen you will find access to the backyard and stairs down to the basement. The basement has vinyl tile throughout with multiple extra bonus storage shelving. Laundry room and utilities are also located downstairs. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities as well as Lawn and Snow. Renters insurance will also be required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Sorry, section 8 is not accepted. Income must be 3x the rent and credit above 630. Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website.
