Applicant must have favorable credit as well as no felony background; all tenants will be screened prior to management approval. Applicant must have good previous rental, no previous evictions or outstanding balances due to any previous landlord; this will be verified with a landlord verification form. We will accept co-signers for lack of income and/or moderate credit issues. We will also require double deposit for credit issues per management approval (previous eviction (unpaid) and felony background do not apply to this).
