We have a Newly Renovated Bachelor suites, with very close proximity to the Downtown Vancouver Core Area! Suites include very nice design, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, brand new In suite Washer and Dryer! Suites are located on Main Street and Powell, next to the Number 5 Orange Bar. SEE YOUTUBE VIDEO : Each Suite is about 600 square feet, with amazing 16 feet ceilings, out door balcony, a roof top patio, and lots of storage space above the wall palettes In addition each suite includes 1 storage locker of a good size in the basement level of the building. The building is secured with security camera system, key fob required access, and secured locked gate. We currently have all 5 suites available, and it is perfect for working professionals that work in the Downtown area, or for International Students that study in the downtown area! The price does not include utilities and it does not include parking spots, however WIFI can be granted to the Tenant for just $30.00 a month!
