This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home has been renovated. Updates are New flooring and freshly painted through out the home. Eat in kitchen offers New cabinets, countertop and dishwasher. Electric range is provided. We do NOT provide the refrigerator, washer or dryer. There is a laundry room off the kitchen. 1 car attached garage and fenced in backyard. Application Requirements: • 3.5x monthly income required • Submit last 2 months bank statements • Provide proof of funds for security deposit and first months rent • No minimum credit score • Pre-approval application required prior to showing • Valid state issued ID • Non-refundable $39.00 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 • Emailed response within 48 hours of submitting application • Security deposit due at lease signing • 24-month lease • Pet friendly, pet fees do apply, Two pets maximum, breed restrictions may apply. Please check before applying. All applications must be filled out on our website at homeinvestorsllc net Please include two full months bank statements, proof of income, proof of funds for security deposit and a valid state issued ID. Failure to include these items will result in your application being declined. The non-refundable application fee is $39.00 and includes the application and all necessary reports. Each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application. Applications are required prior to showings and are valid for 60 days. Our leases are signed electronically, and each individual has a login to our tenant portal to make payments, track their payment history and make maintenance requests.
