To view this home, you can bring a photo ID and a $60 cash key deposit to 804 West Evans Street, Florence, to pick up a key Monday-Thursday, 9am-3:30pm, or Friday, 9am-11:30am. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. A PetScreening. com profile must be created before an approved applicant signs a lease, even if you do not have a pet so that tenants are aware of our pet policy. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet. This is a non-smoking home. No commercial activity may be conducted on this property.
