I moved in end of January 2021 and I have had a great experience. Most affordable rent in the area and the office staff has been always helpful to my family and I. Maintenance is on point in anything needed, and quick to do it! Pool just opened up and it's beautiful! Making summer the best yet! I highly recommend Landmark Woods!! Thank you to Vanessa always answering the phone with such joy and helping me with all my questions & concerns.

I moved to Landmark Woods from out of state and it was a tedious process getting all of my paperwork in line, however I very much appreciated a unit being held for me while I completed it. The people at the front office are incredibly helpful, although the phone line to reach them sometimes isn't working. The maintenance staff are excellent and respond to inquiries very quickly. The apartments are clean enough for the price being paid in rent. The grounds where the apartment is has a lot of tree coverage, so it's nice and cool during hot days. There's PLENTY of parking. Landscapers come on a regular basis and are friendly. The area the apartment is in feels safe (two elementary schools nearby!) I really enjoy my spacious apartment and the kind, efficient management.
