You have your own patio area and parking space for 2 cars. No loud/wild parties. It is a quiet neighborhood. Monthly rent is 1,200 plus the gas and electric utilities. Water is included. This home is part of an 18 and older trailer park. Anyone who would like to live in the quiet, clean area will have to be 18 years of age or older. It is close to TRAX, bus lines, and I-15 freeway. On-site manager. NO smoke, no vape, no pets, no drugs, no exception. 12 month lease. We require: $40 background/credit check for each person. 1st month ($1200) rent plus $1200 for the deposit ($1100 is refundable).
