Property Status: Active In need of the perfect short term rental? Located on a corner lot in the desirable Eustis Avenue/Braga Park neighborhood. The owners did a great deal of work. The entire interior has been freshly painted with white trim/accents and a lovely soothing soft grey wall color throughout. New trendy light fixtures were installed. The kitchen had a slight makeover with painted cabinetry and drawers along with new hardware and countertops. The stainless-steel dishwasher, microwave and oven/range are new. The powder room off the kitchen has a freshly painted existing vanity. Lovely original hardwood floors including the bedrooms. The kitchen has laminate flooring. The primary bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are comfortable size. The full piece bathroom has a refurbished penny tile floor and new vanity. A brand-new bath surround was installed last summer. Fireplace is decorative only. The four-season sunroom with glass French doors is probably my favorite room in the house! The yard is fully fenced in with a side deck perfect for that early morning coffee retreat or a relaxing sitting area. There is off-street parking, however, the driveway is grass and not ideal for inclement weather particularly when it snows. The garage can be used for a small car. A new roof was recently put on the garage. Lawn care is included. Walking distance to downtown, the Navy base, and hospital.
