I love living here. Kathy and the management team are phenomenal. The maintenance crew are responsive and professional. The snow removal is fantastic. The area is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the price is right. I recommend the complex to all my newcomer colleagues.

Having spent a few years at Northgate I had a great living experience. The office staff, Elaine and Kathy, were always kind courteous and always seemed to have the answers I was looking for. Kevin and Ben in maintenance were very professional and any issues were taken care of promptly. The grounds were always kept really nice and having had one of the on sight garages was a plus for me. Overall I would absolutely recommend Northgate as a place to live.
