Any lease term of 184 days or less will be subject to NH Room and Meals Tax payable by the resident. Alternate lease terms are subject to alternate rental rates. Lovely log cabin situated on 1.5 private wooded acres, just 10 minutes from 193 and ski areas. Bring your skis, snowboards, snowshoes and snowmobiles, there are many beautiful snowshoeing, snowmobile and cross-country trails nearby that connect to NH's 1000's of miles of snowmobile trails. The home is 25 minutes from both Waterville Valley ski, cross-country ski and sledding resort and Loon Mountain ski area, and Cannon Mountain ski area is only a 30 minute drive. The three bedroom, two full bath home is equipped with cozy radiant heat on the first floor, cathedral ceilings and incredible natural light let that shines in through the picture and clerestory windows. There is a screened porch to store your skis and snow boards, as well as two decks. The large yard has a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Both the upstairs master bedroom and the bedroom downstairs have king beds, black out shades, plenty of closet space and dressers. The washer and dryer are also located on the first floor, and there is a workout area in the master bedroom including dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, exercise bands, yoga mat, stability ball, BOSU ball and ab roller. Pet friendly with owner approval (additional fees apply). NO SMOKING.
