Great location for a one bedroom unit, across the street from Walmart and an easy walk to three transit stations or Olde Town Arvada, with loads of cute shops and restaurants! Community garden and daycare center across the street, and 2 minute walk to beautiful Arvada River Park, walk or bike. Very well maintained, quiet, small building, with only 12 units, loads of off street parking, and safer for fire danger than most as it is not close to other buildings. All tenants get along. One small cat or dog (under 40 lbs) are welcome. We have a pet area, grill area, and on-sight laundry. We are in the process of renovating the unit, but it should be ready to go around mid-August. Owner managed. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! For clarification, each unit is individually metered, payment of which is the responsibility of the tenant.
