It has a small, fenced backyard so pets are negotiable depending on the size and quantity. Off street parking in the back and plenty of street parking in the front. Our biggest requirement is to find a tenant that is quiet and respectful of the downstairs occupant. Move-in costs include first month's rent, security deposit, and last month's rent is negotiable based on background and credit check. We are private landlords and open to discussing extenuating circumstances.
