We require that your income is around $70k per year before taxes are taken out. Rent amount is $1850 a month Security deposit is $1850 (To move in, it will be $3700 plus any pet deposits, this amount does include the first month rent) If credit is below 625 then we require 1/2 month more in deposit (additional $900) All deposits are refundable if no damage) $55 online application to get your credit, background, and check for past bankruptcy/ evictions each adult.
