The main level features a private king suite and a large deck overlooking the lake, while the walkout lower level includes a second king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, family room, and direct access to a patio with outdoor seating and pellet grill. Designed for extended comfort, the home includes a full 5-piece primary bath with soaking tub, SMART TVs, games, books, and in-home entertainment. Guests can enjoy provided kayaks, bikes, a seasonal dock, and a lakeside fire pit, all just 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown Traverse City and the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. Two small dogs welcome. Perfect for professionals, equestrian guests, or anyone seeking a quiet long-term Northern Michigan retreat close to trails, parks, and nature. Rental Policy: - No smoking or fireworks are permitted. - Two small dogs are okay upon approval.
