Tenant responsible for electric (heat/AC) and cable/wi-fi. Security deposit starts at equal to one month's rent. ***Owners must complete PetScreening to determine exact eligibility and fees for pets. Professionally managed by Oliver Management Services, we offer 24-hour maintenance, convenient rent payment and work order tracking options, as well as shared laundry on site and reserved parking for each unit. Additional guest parking is available at no charge! Application fees are $40 per adult, each adult who will be living in the unit must apply and complete a background check.
