Newer apartment building, a 7 minute walk from Western Washington University and comfortably located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. With high end finishes, these spacious units are well equipped with balconies/patios, large windows, wrap-around kitchen with stainless steel appliances, self closing cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, in unit wash and dryers. Lobby includes USPS mail boxes, concierge lockers for package pick-up, onsite property manager's office, spacious mezzanine that includes a fireplace, comfortable seating, a long work table with power outlets. A private courtyard and electric vehicle charging, bicycle parking, and up to two reserved parking spaces. Rent includes Quantum Fiber internet (up to 500mbps, with higher speed internet available for purchase) while tenants pay a flat rate for garbage pickup as well as water & sewer (separately metered) and electric.
