These exterior garden-entry 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are spacious and include private patios or balconies. Residents enjoy free on-site permitted parking and no-cost laundry facilities. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and recycling, while tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, phone, and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a $500 refundable deposit per pet, limited to two pets per household, with rabies vaccination documentation required. Fees include a $50 screening fee per applicant and renter's liability insurance at $13 per month (opt-out available with proof of coverage). A $250 holding deposit is required if the move-in date is more than 14 days after lease signing, deducted from the security deposit upon move-in, and non-refundable if applicants do not move in.
