On-street parking is available. Window ac units are provided. Rent includes: lawn care. Apt B is responsible for 33% of the whole house water/sewer/gas utility bill and billed by BPM. The resident is responsible for setting up/paying for their own electric, cable/internet, and trash. There is no central ac in the apartment, four window ac units are provided to cool the space.
