The Union Crossing Apartments have an industrial feel outside as they are located in a mechanical workshop building. This apartment was part of the original home that the owners lived in. The history of the apartment can be felt with original hardwood floors which provide a natural warmth and homey feel. The kitchen includes soft close shaker cabinets and all major appliances - fridge, stove, and dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer. Large replacement windows flood the unit with natural light and a view of an open field across the road. New privacy blinds are included. The bathroom is located off the bedroom and a marble top vanity cabinet. The reasonably sized bedroom has a new ceiling fan and closet, with an additional linen closet in the bathroom . A new central HVAC system heats and cools the apartment. The only utility service tenants cover is gas - which is an efficient heat source in the winter and also powers the hot water heater. An additional 10.50 a month for liability to landlord insurance is required by owners and can be paid alongside rent. On site parking is available beside the entrance.
