At the Anderson Apartments, you can easily walk to your favorite restaurants and shops. The kitchen offers quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Down the hallway, you'll find a laundry room with a washer and dryer included in the rent, along with extra space for hampers, a folding table, or pantry storage. Across the hall, the bathroom includes a tub and shower combination and is easily accessed from both bedrooms. The bedrooms feature generous windows and full double-door closets, while real wood floors run throughout the apartment. The unit is located up a half flight of stairs. When you enter your new home, you can enjoy the security of coded entry to the building, keyless entry to the apartment, and cameras on site. This apartment is being preleased prior to availability. Tours will begin in June. Application requirements include a credit score of 650 or higher, proof of income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, and no amounts in collections. This is a non-smoking, dog-free property. Cats are welcome with a $150 pet fee and $15 monthly pet rent. Unit has assigned off street parking for two cars.
