This 3rd floor apartment features in unit laundry, hardwood floors throughout, large windows, central AC, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space. The custom kitchen is open to the living room and has granite counters with lots of character, garbage disposal, track & pendant lighting, and stainless steel appliances including a side by side refrigerator with water and an icemaker in the door, dishwasher, built in microwave, and gas stove. The bedrooms are each about the same size and one has a walk in closet. The large bathroom features a double vanity, full size tub, and ceramic tile. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash removal. Tenant pays gas & electric. This beautifully renovated brick building is on the corner of Stanton Ave. & N. Negley Ave. in East Liberty. It has been completely redone including new electrical, insulation, windows, plumbing, and HVAC. There is easy on street parking without a permit and garage spaces (including a storage unit) may be available for additional rent. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
