The kitchen has granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, high BTU gas stove, garbage disposal, and custom cabinets. The bathroom has a basin sink and custom tile. The bedrooms are close in size with ample closets and exposed brick. One has two closets, the other has a walk-in closet large enough to double as an office. There is a private deck off the kitchen with direct access to a shared yard. The landlord pays water, garbage, and sewage. Tenant pays gas and electric. Parking is on street with a city permit. This 3 unit apartment building in Highland Park was renovated in 2015. There is extra storage in the basement, and a shared yard. The utilities should be relatively low because of new Argon windows, plumbing, electric, and high efficiency furnaces with central air. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
