Common Areas: Upstairs Dining, Upstairs Living Room, Downstairs Living Room, Laundry Room, Storage Room. The common areas are fully furnished with a washer and dryer, couches, coffee tables, TVs, dining tables and chairs, dishes, cookware, appliances, gas grill, etc. Parking: 4 Off-Street Parking Spaces (2 covered and 2 uncovered). The covered parking spaces are first come first serve, but can be reserved for an additional $25/month. The U of U Stadium Trax Station is a 4-minute walk, and there are 2 nearby bus stops. It takes exactly 15 minutes to walk from the front door to the University Union. Each room is available for a 1-year lease beginning August 1, 2026. The available room is $875, which includes utilities (Google Fiber, gas, electric, water, sewer, trash). Existing tenants will have first right to refuse a new one-year lease in the subsequent year. No pets. No shared rooms. No smoking. Move-in requires First month's rent and a $750 deposit ($50 non-refundable, $700 refundable). This house will only be shown to those who submit an application.
