Our tenants in this building are mostly students (both graduate and undergraduate) and single professionals but not a requirement. We try our best to match close in age for roommates. Great place for a friendly, busy person looking for an affordable, central, quiet location. Not a party place. We do run background checks so must pass. Parents co-sign okay / job /financial aid all okay. Just pay on time and be a good tenant and roommate! * Old charm - rooms are spacious with plenty of sun light. * Good size room 12x10- affordable, and most studios in this area rent $1200+ so great deal! * This room is on the main floor - lots of closet space , tons of windows * Shared kitchen and bath with other roommates - no living room * Coined laundry on-site * Window AC- you can install your own, or rent from us for $50 ( one time) per calendar year * Tile * Not Furnished but can be furnished for $50 more per month! * Plenty parking * Not a party place, mostly students/grads/young working professionals. * No criminal/no pets/no smoking/no drugs - must pass background * Restaurants, grocery store, parks, bus are all close as you are in the hub and easily bikeable! * Most tenants are 18 to mid /late 20's students, working professionals, some going to school as well grad school , law student, pre med , economics, international students,financial firms, tech, healthcare, hospitality, non profit firms, etc. Many also work near downtown/U campus *You should pass the basic roommate test .
