Both in their 20's working and going to school so not home often, looking for someone similar! * This Room is nice and big with extra sun room * Nice renovated units with the Old Avenue Charm! * Spacious room with large windows * Bright, sunny, with plenty of natural sun light * Shared bath and kitchen with 2 other roommates - mostly students and professionals who work and go to school with busy lives Looking for quiet, clean, and responsible roommate. No drama, no drugs, no smoking, no pets, and please clean up after yourself :) Room is for one person only - no sharing/couples. * Beautiful floors * New Paint * New Tile * Large rooms * Not much common area, mostly just hall way, so if you have tons of furniture like big screen TV and want living room, this is not a good fit for you. Please keep all your personal belongings in your room other than kitchen stuff.
