I'll most likely have the room available by mid of Jan 2018, it'll be all new furnished with a new 40" smart tv, all utilities included + WiFi, gym equipment in the garage, and gated community pool access. The new house location is close to Sea World, Lackland Base, Main Event, Ingram Park Mall, many restaurants, supermarkets, and many more places since that side of the town is growing a lot. UTSA is about 20min away and can avoid inner city traffic. The room(s) #2 & #3 are each for just $550 a month, and #5 (the 2nd master bedroom with it's own bathroom) for just $650 a month. There's a one time $600 deposit upon the day you move in to cover possible future damage on the new furnished room you'll be renting, it'll be fully refunded if there's no damage in the furnished room when you move out.
