You won't regret visiting this gorgeous, airy, and well-kept ranch-style home. It is conveniently located off Route 7 in Milton. The house has brand new vinyl plank throughout the kitchen and the entire unit was just painted. New gutters outside as well as new light fixtures in many of the rooms. Flooded with natural light the open floor plan instantly makes you feel at home. The kitchen space is vibrant with updated appliances, large island that flows into the dining space and a slider that goes out to the back deck. There is a large living space with a fireplace and hardwood floors that go throughout all the bedrooms as well. Down the hall you find a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with closets and at the end of the hall the master bedroom with its own master bath including a stand up shower. Other features include a one-car garage and unfinished basement hosts the laundry area and has PLENTY of room for storage. Some pets are okay with a pet deposit.
