Well allow me to not tell you about it because I haven't seen it, but I do know it was titled Hancock, and it starred Will Smith as a corrupt(?tbh dunno if that's true to the plot but something like that), superhero named, indeed, Hancock. The only thing this house has in common with the film is that I think of Will Smith every time I think about it. Things the house has, that the movie could never compete with?? TWO FULL BATHROOMS BABEYYYYY. Modern-esque kitchen with newer cabinetry, electric range, microwave, portable dishwasher and great sunlight! A Basement! It has plenty of room(s) down there, but heads up, it's not technically a finished basement, so we don't consider it living space, but hang out, use for storage, etc... to your hearts content! Okay, so the movie probably featured a few back yards, but this one is fenced! Talk about super... w/d in the basement. street parking. w/s/t/AND LAWNCARE included!!! APP STUFF: We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent). PETS: 1 small dog up to 20lbs, or up to 2 cats; pet rent additional. Got a lizard or other teensy critter? No pet rent for them, just make sure they’re not plotting world domination.
