Small patio has large storage closet while washer and dryer hook ups are located inside the unit at the end of hall. Two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom also located down the hallway. One of the bedrooms has walk in closet with direct access to the water closet in the bathroom. The location is convenient to local schools, shopping, Garcon Point bridge, Pensacola State College Midway campus, the Gulf Breeze Zoo, Tiger Point Recreational Complex and much more. Water included with each rental payment. Lawn care included with rent. School zones - Oriole Beach Elementary, Woodlawn Middle, Gulf Breeze High School Pets allowed on a pre-approved basis with all pet fees paid. Limit 1 animal and under 35lbs. Owner/Manager reserves the right to deny any pet(s) at any time. Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150. YARD IS NOT FENCED IN. All animals are screened by a 3rd party screening company to be verified as a service animal. Verified service animals have no pet fees due.
