This cozy two bedroom is located on a beautiful lot, just off of Federal Blvd. as you enter the home, the first thing you will notice the beautiful hardwood floors spanning the main living space. Just off the living room, you'll find both bedrooms with a full bathroom located in between. There is plenty of closet space between the bathroom and hallway storage areas. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, dishwasher, and range. There is an abundance of cabinet space. Just off the kitchen is a bonus room that can be used as an entertainment room and it features a full functioning wood fireplace. The safe in the bonus room will not be available for tenant use. Downstairs in the basement is a full sized washer and dryer. There is a second bathroom in the basement, as well as additional storage space between shelves, closets, and an additional bonus room that's perfect for storage (this room is not a conforming bedroom. There is a full fenced back yard with a detached two car garage. The home is heated and cooled through a central system.
