This upper level half duplex is complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an office! As you walk up the stairs and enter the unit, you will notice the open floor plan. The fully carpeted living room has large windows to let in natural light and flows in to kitchen, which is complete with a fridge, dishwasher, mounted microwave, and gas range. The office, located just off the kitchen, has glass pane doors and a window for additional extra light. In the hallway between the kitchen and the bedrooms, you will find a closet with a full sized washer and dryer. Off the living to the East, you'll find a large bedroom complete with mountain views! There is not a closet in this room, so it is considered a non-conforming bedroom, but it is spacious and comfortable. Down the hallway to the West, you'll find the other two well appointed bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. The North bedroom has access to the hallway bathroom from inside. The hallway bathroom has a nice vanity and large shower/tub combo. The South bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a beautifully finished standing shower. Both bedrooms have large closets for plenty of storage. There is a storage shed that will be available for tenant use. Parking for this unit is on the left side of the driveway. The garage is not included with this unit. The entire home is heated and cooled through central air. There are multiple ceiling fans throughout the unit for extra air flow.
